We are a central London conference centre, event and wedding venue in Westminster. Set in a magnificent Grade II listed, four-domed, Edwardian building the conference centre is very close to the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and St James’s Park.

British Business Bank

The British Business Bank’s purpose is to support economic growth by bringing together public and private sector funds to create more effective and efficient finance markets for small and medium-sized businesses in the UK. The institution will consolidate many of the government’s existing small and medium-sized business finance schemes, as well as an extra £1 billion of funding, which the Chancellor announced at Autumn Statement last year.

The Department for Business, Innovation & Skills

The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) believes in business being a force for good in society, helping create wealth and employment and increasing living standards. Government has an important role in increasing business confidence. Last month, we published Small Business: Great Ambition, government’s commitment to making it easier for small businesses to grow. Small businesses have told us about the barriers they face in scaling up, so we are making it easier to: finance business growth, access the right support and advice, reduce the burden of regulation, hire people, develop new ideas and products, and break into new markets, including opening up public procurement.

UK Trade & Investment

UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) works with UK-based businesses to ensure their success in international markets, and encourage the best overseas companies to look to the UK as their global partner of choice. UKTI helps its UK and international customers by providing a range of services, to a high standard and improve customer service by listening to customer feedback.
UKTI has launched a new pilot marketing campaign called 'Exporting is GREAT' which helps small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) grow internationally. 'Exporting is GREAT' is designed to increase understanding of the benefits of exporting and to drive awareness, and take-up, of the many sources of support and help available.

National Apprenticeship Service

Hiring apprentices helps businesses to grow their own talent by developing a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce. Currently, more than 100,000 employers in over 200,000 locations offer Apprenticeships, in a wide range of industries, from engineering to youth work, veterinary nursing to accountancy and beyond.

You could also be eligible for the AGE 16 to 24 grant, a recruitment incentive of £1500 per apprentice (up to a maximum of 10) intended to help small companies (that employ up to 1,000 employees) cover the costs of employing an apprentice aged 16 to 24.

There has never been a better time to take on an apprentice.

what we deliver...

Young people who take part in our programmes develop significant new skills including teamwork, listening, co-operation, communication, creativity, risk taking and entrepreneurship, according to our research. Teachers, participants and volunteers also tell us we help students improve their resilience, confidence, financial literacy, problem solving and organisational skills – all key aptitudes required by businesses in the UK today. We believe every young person should have the chance develop these skills - but we can’t do that without your financial support.
